After a camp wide meeting this morning at breakfast, folks were in good spirits and
decided to go ahead with some day hikes today as planned, only leaving
from Tremont. Lunches were packed and the plan is to have a cookout
later in the day. Thanks to all staff and families to rally and round
out this week in true Tremont fashion!
There is still limited access to the park at the Townsend entrance and the power is still out at Tremont, so don't try to come or call - we will keep you updated when there's anything new to report. You can check the park service website for the latest road closures and news. Road closures
Also, ALL CAMPS for next week are still on as planned - that's Teen High Adventure, Field Ecology Adventure, Discovery Camp III, AND our Class of 2016 Leadership Program. We expect to regain electricity in the next day or so, but we'll keep you posted on our website and Facebook page .
