Storms in area 4/27

There was a lot in the media last night about severe storms and a tornado watch for our area, but Tremont experienced only some intermittent high winds, and a few thunderstorms. There are some trees down on some of the park roads and reports of damaging hail in surrounding areas but all is good at Tremont and the three school groups in residence had a great night (were even able to go out a bit on some short night walks nearby) and are off Thursday morning on regular activities. We have received reports of damage in some of these schools home communities so if anyone needs to get a message please do so by calling our office.
