Light snow and icy

The road is clear and open, but there are some icy patches.  There is a light snow falling.  Be careful!

Thanks to diligent work on the part of the National Park Service road crews, gates are all open and people are enjoying the snowy park!

Dispatch has informed us that they are closing the roads on this side of the park tonight...depending on what we get, thay may have it cleared by noon.  Get out and enjoy...but be safe!

Tuesday, Feb 17 - Roads are still closed throughout the park due to ice and snow.  Tremont gift shop will not be open today.  Be safe!

Tremont road closed

Presidents Day - NPS Dispatch has informed us that the Tremont Road is closed and in fact the gate is closed at the Townsend Wye.  They are expecting snow and ice.
